C-14 & Tritium
We provide natural source authentication, toxicity prediction, agrochemicals impurity profiling and regulatory consultation services to its clients which additionally provides them a useful marketing tool to gain the trust of consumers.
Our experts provide detailed assessments and offer advice on a wide range of environmental applications and cover the routine testing of radioactivity in most matrices including Water, Soil, Sediments, Sludge, Mineral Sands, Biological Solids, Industrial Waste Materials, Fertilizer, Herbal Extracts, Solid and Liquid Food Products, Mixed and Hazardous Waste.
REVO is a comprehensive toxicity prediction platform which provides multiple levels of toxicity alerts in compliance with the requirements of regulatory authorities for product approval. REVO uses both Expert Rule based as well as Statistics based evaluation for Genotoxicicity, Mutagenicity and Carcinogenicity in accordance with ICH M7 guidelines. The QSTR models used in REVO are validated as per REACH guidelines as recommended by OECD Guidance.
For Global Regulatory Submissions, Agrochemicals Impurity Profiling is MUST and this is where we support you with our expertise, we perform impurity profiling of technical grade pesticides with complete profiling of the molecule including identifying and quantifying the impurities both process related and degradation by-products along with the quantification of active ingredient and we have mastered to analyse all types of molecules as per the international guidelines such as OECD, CIPAC, BIS, OPPTS, EPA, EU, ASTM, EEC, FDA, IP, USP, ICH, ABNT NBR, SANCO and WHO.
Our expertise allow us to provide Consultation in the area of radioisotope is Radio Labelling in general, Design of the Radio Tracer Experiments, Radio Iodination, Training in Radioactivity Handling, AERB (Atomic Energy Regulatory Board) Approval Process for establishing Radiotracer Laboratory, Radio-Pharmaceuticals, Radioimmunoassay, Guidance and identifying Radioisotope Labelled compounds
Come, Let’s discuss the business!

RADIOLABELED COMPOUNDS
Isotopic labeling or radioactive labeling is a technique used to track the passage of an isotope (an atom with detectable variations) during a reaction, a metabolic pathway or in the cell. The compound is “labeled” by replacing specific atoms by their isotopes. The compound is then added to the reaction. The position of the isotopes in the products of the reaction is measured to determine the path of the atoms during the reaction. The nuclides used for isotopic labeling may be stable or radioactive. In the case of radioactive isotopes, radioactive marking or radio marking is used.
In ordinary isotopic labeling, there are two ways to detect the presence of labeling isotopes. Since isotopes have different masses, they can be separated using mass spectrometry. Another consequence of the difference in mass is that molecules containing isotopes have different vibrational modes; these can be detected by infrared spectroscopy and Magnetic nuclear resonance detects atoms with different gyromagnetic ratios. Radioactivity can be detected by an ionization chamber or gel autoradiography.
The most widely used radioisotopes for isotopic labeling are Carbon 14 (C-14) and Tritium (H-3).
Our Principal has more than 5,000 radiolabeled and unlabeled chemicals for life science research. More than 85% of the products in our catalog are exclusively available.
We also offers a wide range of custom synthesis services using Carbon-14 and Tritium. On a limited basis, we can offer custom synthesis using 33P, 35S, Iode-125, and stable isotopes.
